Gur Wale Pakode (Jaggery Sweet Fritters)
A unique twist on fritters, combining the crunch of besan (gram flour) with jaggery’s sweetness.
Ingredients:
1 cup gram flour
1/2 cup jaggery (dissolved in water)
A pinch of fennel seeds
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Mix gram flour, jaggery water, and fennel seeds to form a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and fry until golden.
Serve hot with a cup of tea.
