Yogi government made important changes in public hearing solution portal
Lucknow. The Yogi government of UP has made some important changes in the Jansunwai Samadhan (IGRS) portal for hearing and redressal of public grievances to make it more effective and transparent. Now only 10 complaints can be made from one mobile number in a month. The portal was changed because earlier people could make 50 complaints from one mobile number. Many complaints were wrong in this.
